Planilink reserves the right to refuse any planning services without reason.

12. Payment terms
Buyers pay Planilink to create an order from the service page, using the Pay button. Planilink partners with payment service providers in order to collect all payments from buyers.
You cannot pay using any method other than through the planilink.com site.
If you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please inform Planilink immediately.
By using the payment method proposed by Planilink you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally authorized to provide such information; (b) you are legally authorized or permitted to make payments using the payment methods; (c) if you are an employee or agent of a company or person that owns the payment method, that company or person authorizes you to use the payment method to make payments on Planilink; and (d) such actions do not violate any applicable law.
Planilink reserves the right to cancel or reject any transaction if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

1. Payments

• 1. Planilink accepts payments in euros and US dollars.
• 2. The buyer will be able to select the desired currency during the payment process.
• 3. Payments will be made through the Stripe payment gateway.
• 4. The total amount to pay will be clearly indicated during the purchasing process.
• 5. The planning charge will be made before sending the case and before Planilink proceeds to plan the case requested by the buyer.
• 6. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• 7. Buyers are responsible for paying all direct or indirect taxes, including GST, VAT or income tax, that may apply based on your residence, location or otherwise, depending on the provisions of your jurisdiction. Buyers represent and warrant that they are and will at all times comply with their obligations under the income tax provisions of their jurisdiction. The price shown on the Planilink page includes all taxes and charges that may apply to buyers.

2. Refunds

• 1. If Planilink decides not to plan the case for any reason, the amount paid by the buyer will be fully refunded except for any fees or commissions applied by the payment processor Stripe or the bank for the transaction.
• 2. To request a return, the customer must contact our support team and provide the necessary information to verify the transaction.
• 3. Return requests must include detailed information about the product, order number and reason for the return.
• 4. The period granted to make the return is 30 days from the date of the request.
• 5. Once case planning has been carried out by Planilink, no refund can be made as the work has been carried out.
• 6. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
• 7. The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the corresponding bank or financial institution.

By using our online payment services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Planilink reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically review these terms to be aware of any changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through our support channels.

13. Legal disputes
Any dispute related to these Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Each paragraph of these Terms of Use operates separately. This means that if any court or local authority decides that any of them are illegal or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
